What we provide

For a fee we provide digital content — a detailed analysis of your test result (the “report”) — based on a code you obtained by completing a test.

Price and payment

The price is shown for each test before payment and is final (VAT included). Payment, invoicing and VAT are handled as Merchant of Record by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, which acts as the seller for the transaction; the report content is provided by CARRABELA s.r.o.. Your VAT invoice is issued by Lemon Squeezy.

Delivery and cancellation

The report is made available immediately after payment. You expressly agree to the digital content being supplied before the end of the 14‑day cancellation period and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If the content is faulty, contact us.

Voluntary money‑back guarantee

Beyond your statutory rights: if within 14 days of payment you tell us by email you are not satisfied, we refund the full amount to the card used.
